This metric counts accidents at work and the people killed in them. The chart shows the number of accidents and the number of deaths each year from 2010 to 2025.
In 2025 there were 32 accidents and 4 deaths. Accidents peaked at 65 in 2011 and fell to 18 in 2022 and 2023, the lowest of the years shown; since then they have risen to 28 in 2024 and 32 in 2025.
Deaths are far fewer and vary between 2 and 9 a year: the highest count, 9, was in 2014 and 2018, and the lowest, 2, in 2013. Because the numbers are small, a difference of one or two cases can look large in the chart.
