Where people live, and how much space they have, says a lot about everyday comfort. This section shows how much living space there is per person, how large the housing stock is, how many rooms apartments have, how tall apartment buildings are and how many of them have lifts.

It also looks at who owns their home and who rents, and at the real estate market: how many properties change hands each year, and whether they are sold, given as gifts or exchanged.
