In 2024, 1,457.3 thousand square metres were put into operation, the highest value in the period. That is 1.7 times the 2023 figure (855.6 thousand) and more than seven times the 2016 figure (201.5 thousand), the lowest value in the period.
From 2011 (571.2 thousand) to 2016 the figure fell every year. After a small fall in 2019 it rose in each year from 2020 to 2024. The part funded by the population was 480.9 thousand square metres in 2024, or 33.0% of the total; in 2016 it was 106.3 thousand, or 52.8%.
