About this metric
This metric shows how much of each farm product was sold in 2025. The source's label is "marketability level, %"; in plain words, the share of production that left the farm for the market.
Most of the melons (95.6%), grapes (91.8%) and vegetables (86.1%) were sold, followed by meat (82.6%) and fruit and berries (72.5%). For 8 of the 11 products more than half was sold. The least was sold of eggs (31.5%), grain and legumes (34.8%) and potatoes (48%).
The figures come from a sample survey of individual (family) farms, not from the whole sector. Over 2006-2025, 2025 is the highest year for vegetables, grapes and milk, and the lowest for eggs (53.5% in 2006).
