Doctoral studies (doctorantura) are a small field of study in Armenia, counted separately from postgraduate studies. The chart shows the number of doctoral students each year from 2014 to 2024, and how many of them are women.
The number fell from 46 in 2014 to 11 in 2024. The highest figure in the years shown was 53, in 2016.
Women were fewer than half of the doctoral students in every year shown: 5 of the 11 in 2024.
