Newspapers and magazines

This metric shows how many newspaper and magazine titles were published in Armenia each year. The chart shows magazines and newspapers separately.

In 2025, there were 84 magazine titles and 31 newspaper titles. In 2010 there were 133 magazines and 142 newspapers.

Newspapers fell from 142 in 2010 to 38 in 2019 and 29 in 2020, and were 35 in 2021; the lowest value, 28, was in 2024. Magazines were 96 in 2019, 73 in 2020 (the lowest in the period), 113 in 2021 and 84 in 2025. In 2017 magazines reached 168, their highest value.
